There are currently no official student organizations or associations at UPOU. However, there are a number of independent, student-organized platforms and networks that you can join. For instance, there is at least one Facebook group of BAMS students.
One BAMS student has started a Discord server for all UPOU undergraduate students. Although this too is an independent initiative, the BAMS Program is happy to share this particular initiative because platforms like Discord, Slack and similar communication platforms are better for facilitating and supporting different interests and discussions between students than other communication platforms such as Facebook, Viber, and Whatsapp. The joining link for the UPOU Undergraduate Discord server is https://discord.gg/ZUDzTBS Please direct any questions you have about this initiative to other moderators of the Discord server.
